- No warranties (express or implied) are provided regarding outcomes.
4. Enrollment & Payments
- Course fees must be paid in full unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
- The Academy does not store sensitive payment information.
- Pricing may be revised at the Academy’s discretion.
5. Refund, Cancellation & Transfer
- Fees are non-refundable unless specified in a separate Refund Policy.
- Course access is non-transferable.
- Missed sessions or partial participation do not qualify for refunds.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content including (but not limited to):
- Course materials
- Videos, audio recordings, PDFs
- Logos and trademarks
- Website content
are the exclusive intellectual property of Deepak Academy for Agro Entrepreneurs.
Users shall not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share content
- Record sessions without written permission
- Use materials for commercial or training purposes
Legal action may be taken in case of violation.
7. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Share login credentials
- Upload unlawful or malicious content
- Disrupt training sessions
- Damage the Academy’s reputation
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
8. Certification
- Certificates are issued at the sole discretion of the Academy.
